Ruminations begins…

According to Vocabulary.com, we should “use the noun rumination when there’s thoughtful consideration going on…It comes from the verb ruminate, which means ´to think deeply,´ but also means ´to chew the cud.´”  Hence, its natural link to agriculture.

I have been blogging in Spanish for several years on the subject of agriculture, rural development, and food security in Central America, in Rumiando sobre el agro, but occasionally, I have felt it is important to share my thoughts with a broader, English-speaking audience.  So here is “Ruminations on Agriculture”.
